We offer a range of topical workshops to help you build skills to respond to challenging life demands in general. To meet these challenges you may need new resources. The purpose of these workshops is to offer you input and address and respond to your concerns, which are shared by many, and therefor they will be open to up to 20 participants at a time.
The aim is to stimulate your thinking while equipping you with new tools and resources for empowering you to face various challenges.
Workshops are not therapeutic groups, and you will not be expected to share anything too personal with others in the group. They address topics such as:

- Anger management
- Assertiveness and Self-esteem skills
- Self-development and life skills
